Project Neiro Sake
Sake has been loved by local people for a long time and has played an important role in Japanese history.
However, in modern times, as other alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, and shochu become more popular,
Domestic consumption of sake is decreasing year by year.
On the other hand, the demand for sake overseas is gradually increasing,
There are new market possibilities.
In order to challenge this situation, we aim to combine sake, art, and music.
We have launched a project called "Neirozake" that connects tradition and innovation.
This is a completely new experiential product that combines music and art that are different from traditional sake.
The first project is a collaboration between Italian pianist Alberto Pizzo and Yoshikubo Sake Brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture, which is attracting attention as the brewery that provides sake to VIP guests at Dodger Stadium.
Junmai Daiginjo Rimore is now complete.
Let the yeast speak
A total of five songs were used.
To bring out that transparent tone, we use the world's best speaker, "Devialet Phantom."
The effect that music has on fermentation is so surprising that even the master brewers are surprised.
We expect to see unprecedented fermentation power and a unique flavor.

Ikigai
This track is included in the electronic music album "Contact." The rhythm and sound are like the activity of yeast, making you feel as if you are one with the other. This is a cell-shaking sound that was performed in collaboration with the famous Italian trumpeter Paolo Fresu.

Miyabi
This song was created during a trip to Kyoto. It evokes the charm of the ancient capital of Japan, and is both beautiful and mellow. This orchestral piece was recorded at Abbey Road Studios with maestro Bacalov and the London Symphony Orchestra. It is expressed like a Japanese painting.

Kronos
Different themes skillfully intersect in this piece, with images passing by like a slideshow. The left hand's sound is conscious of guiding the whole piece, and this is a magnificently completed orchestral piece by maestro Bacalov.

Via anime
The title means a journey of the soul. What is truly important? Despite hopes and fears, encounters and partings, we continue to rise to higher places. A journey that continues forever.
This song is the most played song on the German Radio Classic Channel. -
After the rain
This orchestral piece was inspired by Alberto's stay in London. It is inspired by the light that can be seen at the end of the darkness, making dreams come true, and is filled with hope and hope that the sun will one day shine. This piece marked a turning point for Alberto.
